Informativno-pravni centar Slavonski Brod

Informativno-pravni centar (IPC) Slavonski Brod je organizacija civilnog društva osnovana s ciljem pružanja pravne pomoći socijalno ugroženom stanovništvu putem doprinošenja ostvarenju njihovih ljudskih i građanskih prava i jačanja civilnog društva i aktivnog građanstva u lokalnoj zajednici i šire.

Pristup pravosuđu kroz zastupanje na sudu podržava UNHCR, a provodi ga IPC s ciljem pružanja potpore procesu povratka, pomirenja na razini zajednice i doprinošenja održivoj integraciji i reintegraciji kroz promociju i zaštitu ljudskih prava, omogućavanjem besplatnog pristupa pravosuđu izbjeglica i povratnika, rješavanjem njihovih zakonskih, imovinskih i drugih građanskih prava. Glavna aktivnost projekta je pružanje besplatne pravne pomoći povratnicima i olakšavanje pristupa informacijama.

Također, uz podršku UNHCR-a, IPC provodi projekt besplatne pravne pomoći Romima u vezi s građanskim upisnicima s ciljem doprinošenja povećanoj pravnoj i socijalnoj inkluziji Roma i olakšavanja njihovog punog uživanja građanskih prava u Republici Hrvatskoj. Cilj projekta je podržati romsko stanovništvo kroz promociju i zaštitu ljudskih prava omogućavajući im besplatan pristup pravosuđu u pitanjima koja se tiču njihovih zakonskih prava što će rezultirati smanjenjem broja osoba koje su izložene riziku apatridnosti.

Information Legal Center Slavonski Brod (Informativno pravni centar (IPC) Slavonski Brod) is civil society organisation established in order to provide legal assistance to socially vulnerable population through realisation of their human and civic rights and for strengthening civil society and active citizenship in our local community and wider region.

Access to Justice Through Court Representationis a project supported by UNHCR and implemented by IPC with the aim to support to the process of return, community reconciliation and contribute to sustainable integration and re-integration through promotion and protection of human rights by providing free access to justice for minority refugees and returnees, by resolving their statutory, property and other civic rights. The main activity of the project is provision to free legal aid to returnees and facilitation of access to information.

Also, with UNHCR support, the IPC implements the project Free Legal Assistance to Roma in Civil Registration with the aim to contribute to the increased legal and social inclusion of the Roma and to facilitate their full enjoyment of citizenship rights in Croatia. The project Goal is to support Roma population sustainable integration into local community through promotion and protection of human rights by providing free access to justice in matters relating to their statutory rights which will result in reducing the number of persons at risk of statelessness.
