South Africa: 1. What is the situation in South Africa where a Zulu woman or tribal woman marries outside her tribe and without her family's permission? 2. Is there any history of "honour" crimes against the woman? 3. Does South Africa have an effective police force? 4. Will they act in cases that may be seen as tribal and family related? 5.
