    While the Army camps used to be made out of bamboo, they r building them into concrete establishments, further solidifying bases & taking further control of ethnic areas. Meanwhile provision of rations/aid have stopped to Ei Htu Hta camp & IDPs struggle to survive.

    Ei Htu Hta camp established in 2009 is a temporary home to over 2,500 IDPs who were displaced as a result of fighting between Myanmar Army & ethnic armed org. W/ Army base so close to IDP camp, women & children constantly worry for their safety & security.
