    It's great when you think the BBC finally understands contemporary humanity, then you watch Morocco to Timbuktu and it reminds you they still produce orientalist bullshit so cliched it seems like a parody. "Mysterious", "under the veil", "hostile desert", all in the intro

    Amazing work by (and others) to document the 34,361 (!) asylum seekers and immigrants who have died (so far) trying to come to Europe. Beyond depressing. This story caught me in particular. Heartbreaking! -->
