    This week our Treatment Center in Yemen was destroyed by the Saudi & Emirati-led coalition. This was a medical facility - not a military target. Health facilities have been regularly bombed in since 2015. This must stop now. Vital medical services are !

    Burden-sharing can not become a precondition for rescue at sea. This would set a dangerous precedent. Too many lives were lost in the past due to lack of pre-identified places of safety. In the Med and elsewhere. Swift disembarkation in a safe harbour is part of SAR obligations.
