US jobs problem 'automation not globalisation'

The Australian trade minister, Steven Ciobo, tells the Today programme it's automation and not globalisation that's to blame for the American white working class being out of jobs.

He is responding to the president-elect's chief of staff, Steven Bannon, who says “globalists have gutted the American working class and have created a middle class in Asia.”
