**Today Evee just started bleeding and a HUGE NASTY blood clot came out. These frequent bloody noses may mean surgery, that is scary. We'll see what the doctor says. I made an easy Kalua Pig recipe for our MNL guests; The Boye Family Jewels. Cora and friend have fun sliding down the slide onto the trampoline. Cora slides onto her face and gives herself a rug burn! WE had a fun Monday Night Live Stream on youtube. We played games and Alex Boye played a funny game of What Child is this?! It was a fun night making new friends!
EASY KALUA PIG RECIPE: NEED: couple lbs of pork shoulder/butt, salt & Pepper, liquid smoke flavoring & 1 cup of water.
RUB s&P all over pork shoulder, rub it in really well....tons of S&P. Put pork into the crockpot. Drop 3-5 drops of liquid smoke onto the pork & add 1 cup of water to the bottom of the crockpot. ROAST in crockpot for 6-8 hours. Ready when it falls apart and easy to shred! so yummy. SERVE over rice!
