How to make a grilled peach ice cream sundae

Jersey ice cream sundae

Ingredients:
3 peaches
¼ cup of honey
½ teaspoon cinnamon
Vanilla ice cream

Tools: Skewers, grill, ice cream scooper, bowls, knife, cutting board

Slice peaches to remove the pit and cut into 1-2 inch pieces.Stick the peaches on skewers. Grill fruit on medium heat, rotating as needed, for 10-15 minutes. (The peaches need to stay on the stick but have grill marks.)

Put honey in a bowl and microwave for 30-45 seconds. Mix in cinnamon.

Scoop vanilla ice cream. Spoon or slide peaches on top. Drizzle with honey sauce.
