Here's a summer dip to try at your next barbecue.

Ingredients:
1/4 lb ham
1/4 lb salami
1/4 lb pepperoni
1/2 lb Provolone cheese
1/2 onion diced
12 grape tomatoes
1/2 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup mayo
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Cube the deli meat and cheese. Chop the onion and tomato and lettuce. Mix in mayo, oil, vinegar and salt and pepper. Serve with you favorite chips or crackers.
