According to a representative of the Treaty Law Section of the Department of External Affairs and International Trade, there is no extradition treaty between Canada and Kenya (telephone interview, 26 March 1991).
A representative of the Legal Advisory Division of the Department of External Affairs and International Trade also confirms that there is no extradition treaty between Canada and Kenya (telephone interview, 26 March 1991).
