Information on Johnny Paul Koroma's family is limited, and no references to his family members being targeted by authorities could be found among the sources consulted by the Research Directorate.

The editor of Sierra Leone Web-a Website containing current and archived news summaries based on reports from Western news wire services, the United Nations and the Sierra Leone government-said, in correspondence with the Research Directorate, that he did not believe that Koroma's family members were being targeted (7 Aug. 2003).

For additional information on Johnny Paul Koroma's involvement with the Armed Forces Revolutionary Council and the Revolutionary United Front, please consult SLE40922.E of 24 January 2003.

This Response was prepared after researching publicly accessible information currently available to the Research Directorate within time constraints.
