Comprehensive Solutions Strategy of Costa Rica

In 2014 the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in Costa Rica began the implementation of a multi-annual strategy aiming at identifying inclusive and sustainable Durable Solutions to put an end to PoC forced displacement and their need of international protection. By following innovative processes and initiatives, the 2014-2016 Comprehensive Solutions Strategy seeks to create the appropriate conditions to allow refugees rebuild and sustain a dignified life.
