The Copenhagen Roundtable was held at Eigtveds Pakhus in Copenhagen on 2-3 April 2014 and built on the recommendations from previous discussions on the subject of displacement hosted by the Netherlands, Japan, and Denmark. The Roundtable established a commitment from a wide number of actors involved in humanitarian response, recovery, and long-term development by bringing together UN agencies, NGOs, donor nations, the private sector, academic institutions, and affected states to discuss and agree on a coherent way forward to address protracted displacement.
