South Africa: 1. Is there any evidence that agents of the Cameroon government or security authorities are active in other African countries; and/or that they would pursue opposition activists to other African countries? 2. Is there any evidence of discrimination or violence against non-South African blacks including refugees in Plettenberg Bay? 3. Is there any evidence that RSA police have been involved in racist/xenophobic violence directed against refugees or non-South African blacks anywhere in RSA?

Bangladesh: 1. Please provide information on an individual's right to enter and reside in South Africa as a permanent resident pursuant to s26B of the Immigration Act of South Africa. Are there any limitations on this right of residence? 2. Is there any information suggesting that persons of Bangladeshi background (or South Asian) are targeted by individuals in the South African community? If so please advise on the effectiveness of police protection. 3. Is there a branch of the Awami League in South Africa. If so is there any information on office holders?
