Comments On the occasion of the EU-Uzbekistan Co-operation council meeting to be held on the 1st of February 2005, the OMCT (World Organisation against Torture) and the FIDH(International Federation for Human Rights) would like to share their concerns about the situation of human rights in Uzbekistan.
