Philando Castile was shot and killed by the police in July 2016 in the US state of Minnesota.
New footage shows Diamond Reynolds and her four-year-old daughter, who witnessed the shooting, being held in a police vehicle immediately afterwards.
Officer Jeronimo Yanez was found not guilty of second-degree manslaughter last week.
