According to an official of Pakistan International Airlines in Toronto, Pakistan International airlines operates twice weekly flights into Toronto from Pakistan via Frankfurt (15 Aug. 1996). Crews do not require visas to enter Canada while on duty and the stay-over period for crews on duty varies from three to six days (ibid.).
