A request for a copy of the speech in question has been made, however, if available, it will take some time for the document to arrive from Pakistan. In the interim, an article from Dawn discussing the outcome of Benazir Bhutto's visit to Bangladesh at the beginning of October is attached. The ethnic tensions of the Sindh, as well as the political manoeuvering of Nawaz Sharif in Punjab are briefly addressed. The article clarifies some of the questions raised previously concerning her statements in Bangladesh.
