1.         All the humanitarian assistance provided by the international community should be given without any condition.

2.         In the hospitals where women are hospitalized, male doctors and visitors should inform their entrance to the room in advance.

3.         It is illegal and forbidden for women to use cosmetics and wear fashionable dress in the hospitals.

4.         Wherever women are employed they should preserve their dignity and walk calmly. They should avoid creating noise by their foot steps.

5.         It is forbidden for women to visit the hospitalized male patients in the case when there is somebody else in the room unless they are the blood relative.

6.         All male and female patients and others have to pray at proper time, except those who may have some legitimate and reasonable excuses.

7.         All the personnel of hospitals should observe the Islamic Sharia law. They should be advised in case of a violation. In case he/she did not accept a serious action should be taken against him by the hospital head or inform our department.

8.         The women using office vehicles should not sit beside the driver.

9.         No Afghan women is permitted to travel with expatriates in a vehicle.

10.       Afghan women cannot be appointed as senior staff in expatriate hospitals.

11.       Agencies working in health sector do not have the right to send outside the country any Afghan women for any reasons. If there is any urgent need agencies should get approval of our department.

The above mentioned eleven points are the directions under the Islamic Sharia law which should be respected. Nobody can disallow our supervisory teams who may control the hospitals at anytime.
