Indonesia: 1. The Tribunal would like further clarification in that it would like the Post to comment on the situation when a claim for refugee status is public and the Indonesian authorities do know the crux of the claims. Would making a claim for asylum on the basis a person is fleeing sectarian violence lead to punishment on return and if so what sort of punishment? The Tribunal has some old information from 1997 that indicates that if persons had made political claims that were known to the government they may have difficulties on return
