In addition to the information provided in the Response to Information Request No. 8673, the IRBDC received some information on the requested subjects from the London (England) office of Sudan Update. Please find attached a copy of the letter received by the IRBDC dated 13 June 1991, which reports restrictions on travel and difficulties in accurate registration of births, particularly before 1972.
