Algeria: 1. Are there any terrorist groups in Algeria that are known for seeking to extort money from construction contractors or small businesses on a routine basis? 2. Do these groups operate in any particular cities/regions in Algeria? 3. Are they still in operation in 2007? 4. On what basis do they target individuals or small businesses? 5.
