According to the Country Reports on Human Rights Practices for 1992 of the United States Department of State, ethnic Russians are not subject to discrimination in Armenia (1993, 700). The Lawyers Committee of Human Rights review of the Department of State's Country Reports on Human Rights Practices for 1992 did not publish any comment on the above statement.
