Please provide details about NUFLVN e.g. when it was formed, its aims and objectives, its leaders, its activities, and the Vietnamese Government's attitude towards NUFLVN and treatment of its members - especially around 1981/82, 1996, and more recently. 2. Was there a "political gaol" called Phan Dang Luu in Ho Chi Minh in 1982? If so, provide any details about it e.g. location and size. 3. Did the Vietnamese authorities not allow people with "bad records" to work in the 1980s? 4.
