Information on the treatment of persons in mixed marriages was scarce among the sources consulted by the Research Directorate.
Country Reports 2003 mentioned that Carib Indian women in "mixed marriages" reportedly face as victims of "societal discrimination" (25 Feb. 2004). Corroborating information could not be found among the sources consulted by the Research Directorate within the time constraints of this Response.
This Response was prepared after researching publicly accessible information currently available to the Research Directorate within time constraints.
