Bangladesh: 1. Please provide information on an individual's right to enter and reside in South Africa as a permanent resident pursuant to s26B of the Immigration Act of South Africa. Are there any limitations on this right of residence? 2. Is there any information suggesting that persons of Bangladeshi background (or South Asian) are targeted by individuals in the South African community?
