Partnership in Action (PARinAC)

Created at a 1994 Oslo conference in the context of increased humanitarian and protection needs, the Partnership in Action programme established a framework for cooperation between the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees and the more than 800 non-governmental organizations (NGOs) around the world with whom it works.
