Comments This report presents policy makers and the broader public with a review of ethnic data collection policies and practices in Europe, as well as an analysis of the situation in Slovakia. A set of conclusions and recommendations is drawn from a comparative analysis of the debates, strategic policy documents and legislations in three contexts, namely European, Slovak and that of selected EU countries. The UNDP report is to serve as a useful source of information for combatting poverty, social exclusion and discrimination.
