Having considered a report on the activities of the Migration Service under the Chief Directorate for Labour and Social Issues of the Moscow Region Administration over the period of its existence, as well as the decision taken by the Board of the FMS of Russia of 25 November 1994 concerning the activities of the Migration Service of the Moscow Region, the Moscow Region Government rules as follows:

1. A report on the work accomplished by the Migration Service under the Chief Directorate for Labour and Social Issues of the Moscow Region Administration shall be taken into account.

2. The fact of inadequate control over the activities of the Migration Service of the Moscow Region Administration shall be pointed out to the Chief Directorate for Labour and Social Issues of the Moscow Region Administration (V. A. Rushev).

3. The Migration Service of the Chief Directorate for Labour and Social Issues shall carry out registration of forced migrants strictly in keeping with Resolution of the Head of the Moscow Region Administration No 25-r of 18 January 1995 "On additional measures to secure public order in towns and settlements", as well as other legal regulations that enforce passport-visa regime on the territory of the Moscow Region.

4. The statement of the FMS of Russia (Y. V. Roshchin) on the need to provide support for the measures taken by the Mocow Region Administration to restrict the inflow of forced migrants to the Moscow Region and increased budget allocations to accommodate refugees who are in need of housing and are registered with the Migration Service under the Chief Directorate for Labour and Social Issues of the Moscow Region Administration shall be taken into consideration.

5. The Migration Service of the Chief Directorate for Labour and Social Issues of the Moscow Region Administration (V. F. Buzovsky) jointly with the Department for Regional Security of the Moscow Region Administration (N. A. Savenkov), Chief Directorate of Internal Affairs of the Moscow Region Administration (V. V. Ogorodnikov), the Domodedov Region Administration (L. P. Kovalevsky), and in cooperation with the Federal Migration Service of Russia (T. M. Regent) shall be authorised to work at the issue of setting up an immigration control check point in the airport "Domodedovo".

6. V. M. Danilin, Deputy Head of the Administration in charge of social issues, shall be delegated the authority to monitor the implementation of the present resolution.
