As discussed by telephone, information on a group under the name Dynamic Youth or similar names and their possible translation could not be found among the sources currently available to the IRBDC. The entry on a group called "Organized Youth of the People at Arms" is included among the attached pages on the MLN (Movimiento de Liberación Nacional) party of the book Latin American Political Movements (London: Longman Publishing Group, 1986), pp. 142-144.
