Comments	This is the offcial text. This law was adopted on 24 May 1990, was enacted on 12 June 1990 and was published in the supplement to the Boletim Oficial de Cabo Verde N° 25 of 29 June 1990. Articles 5, 9, 12, 13 and 19 of this Law have been amended by Law N° 41/IV/92 of 6 April 1992. Articles 14, 16, 18, 35, and 36 have been repealed by Law N° 41/IV/92 of 6 April 1992. Article 8 of this law has been amended by Law N° 64/IV/92 of 30 December 1992.
