In 14 February 2007 correspondence, a researcher at the National Legal Center in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia provided the following sections of Mongolian legislation:
- Sections 87 and 88 of the Mongolian criminal code, which would have been in force in February 1996;
- Section 94 of the Mongolia criminal code, which would have been in force in May 1999;
- Section 111 of the Mongolian criminal code, which would have been in force in January 1992;
- Section 111 of the Mongolian criminal code, which would have been in force in January 1999; and
- Section 117 of the Mongolian criminal code, which would have been in force in February 1996.
In the same correspondence, the Researcher indicated that Mongolia does not have a "criminal adjective code" (National Legal Center of Mongolia 14 Feb. 2007).
Please consult the attached document for the selected sections of the Mongolian criminal code, which were translated by the Translation Bureau, Multilingual Translation Division, Public Works and Government Services Canada.
