In 14 February 2007 correspondence, a researcher at the National Legal Center in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia provided the following sections of Mongolian legislation:

  • Sections 87 and 88 of the Mongolian criminal code, which would have been in force in February 1996;
  • Section 94 of the Mongolia criminal code, which would have been in force in May 1999;
  • Section 111 of the Mongolian criminal code, which would have been in force in January 1992;
  • Section 111 of the Mongolian criminal code, which would have been in force in January 1999; and
  • Section 117 of the Mongolian criminal code, which would have been in force in February 1996.

In the same correspondence, the Researcher indicated that Mongolia does not have a "criminal adjective code" (National Legal Center of Mongolia 14 Feb. 2007).
