Is there any background on the 'Citizen's Movement', post-2001, including its significance as a vehicle for the rights movement and its treatment by authorities? 7. Is there any background on the cultural organisation 'Azru Medyazen', including whether it may attract adverse attention from the authorities? 8. Are there reports of the authorities mistreating Berbers generally? 9.
