UNHCR is an innovative organization, and has been since its inception. Operating in some of the most challenging contexts, and working for some of the world’s most vulnerable people, the organization has constantly needed to innovate and adapt in order to operate at the highest possible standard. In order to facilitate innovation within the organization, UNHCR Innovation must first take stock of the innovations that already exist, and share these as good practices with colleagues across UNHCR’s 100+ operations around the world.
