In accordance with the provisions of para. (a) of Article (42) of the Constitution,

The Revolutionary Command Council have decided, in their session held on 26.3.1988, the following:-

1- An Iraqi legally residing abroad shall be allowed to travel to his residence place.

2- An Iraqi resident abroad may present an application to obtain the consent of employment through the enforcement period of this Resolution.

3- Any text contradincting the provisions of this Resolution shall not be operated.

4- This Resolution shall be published in the Official Gazette. Authorities concerned are charged with the execution thereof.
