Netherlands, The: Ministry of Foreign Affairs

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is the Dutch Government's communications channel with foreign governments and international organizations for the coordination and delivery of Dutch foreign policy. The objectives of Dutch foreign policy are threefold: to promote good relations between the Kingdom of the Netherlands and other countries; to protect the country against outside threats; and to promote a fair world where peace, security, welfare, and human dignity are guaranteed. The Government of the Netherlands issues country reports, which are compiled on the basis of public sources and documents, as well as on information provided by its embassies or diplomatic missions. Included here are only those reports that have been translated into English.  Website: www.minbuza.nl/english
