In accordance with the provision 2, clause 5 of the Republic Armenia "Law on Political Asylum" the Government of the Republic of Armenia decides:
1. To grant the Department of Migration and Refugees under the Government of the Republic of Armenia the powers of the state body authorized by the Government of the Republic of Armenia in accordance with the "Law on Political Asylum" of the Republic of Armenia.
2. The given decision enters into force on the following day after the official publication.
