In accordance with the Governmental Decision # 404 (14/05/2001) the Government of the Republic of Armenia decides:
1. To privatize the residences of naturalized refugees displaced from Azerbaijan in 1988-1992 (according with Annex 1) situated in the following addresses: 5, Taroncu Str.; 2a, Shiraki Str., 68, 6th Str., Vardashen; 8, Kievyan Str., 62, Mamikonyanc Str., 49/4, Komitas Ave.; 70/2, Moldovakan Str.; 10, Artsakh 4th Lane; city of Yerevan (under the guidance of the Department on Migration and Refugees under the Government of the Republic of Armenia.)
2. Taking into consideration the decision of the authorized representatives of the share-holders of the "KanAZ" open joint-stock company to agree with:
a) the separation by the actives of the "KanAZ" open joint-stock company of the territories with the surface of 180 square meters and the book-value of 160883 drams, in the hostel building situated in 49, Komitas Ave., Yerevan belonging to the company with the right of privatization in accordance with the established procedure;
b) granting the mentioned territory under the guidance of the staff of the Yerevan city council;
c) diminishing the paid-in capital and the state share of the "KanAZ" open joint-stock company by corresponding proportion.
3. To determine that the VAT, formed from the separation of property from the possessions of the "KanAZ" open joint-stock company, is paid in accordance with the procedure established by the provision 15, article 9 and point "d", provision 3, article 11 of the "Law on the State Budget of the Republic of Armenia".
4. To privatize the residences of naturalized refugees displaced from Azerbaijan in 1988-1992 (according with Annex 2) situated in 49, Komitas Ave., Yerevan.
5. Within the period of one month the Minister of Trade and Economic Development of the Republic of Armenia, the head of the Department on Migration and Refugees under the Government of the Republic of Armenia and the mayor of Yerevan provide signing of the corresponding contracts proceeding from the requirements of provisions 1 and 4 of the given Decision, and state registration of property rights.
