It highlights the challenges faced by UNHCR and its partners in attempting to respond to multiple life-threatening crises and ever-growing humanitarian needs, and what actions will be taken or be needed that will lead to demonstrable improvements in the lives of those whom the Office is mandated to protect and assist.
