The Government of State of Eritrea has not acceded to the 1951 Convention Relating to the Status of Refugees, nor its 1967 Protocol. In April 2012, the Government signed, but has not yet ratified, the 1969 OAU Convention on the Specific Aspects of Refugee Problems in Africa. |
