Opening Movie ─ Berlin Film Festival Golden Bear Award Winner: Fire At Sea

Fire At Sea
This Berlin Film Festival awarded movie focuses on 12-year-old Samuele, a local boy lived in Lampedusa, an island situated some 200km off Italy’s southern coast, where in recent years as the first port of call for hundreds of thousands of African and Middle Eastern migrants hoping to make a new life in Europe.

Boxing for Freedom
Sadaf Rahimi, a former refugee in Iran, is the best female boxer in Afghanistan, but she must deal with her country’s traditions, fear and her own fate in order to be a free woman. Her boxing and academic achievements will turn Sadaf into an example for many Afghan young women, but her path will not be without threats and difficulties.
