Duties and Responsibilities
1. To assist Registration/Protection Assistant to update the information concerning documents issued, protection interview, assistance, counselling into the database system.
2. To provide first-line ICT support and troubleshooting the information system related to registration, RSD and other protection related activities, such as proGres, Biometric Identification Management Systems (BIMS), ID Card Printing, File Tracking System, Document Translation Tracking System, Audio Recording and Electronic Filing System.
3. To collect registration related information and assist Registration/Protection Assistant to prepare daily/weekly/monthly statistics and summary report.
4. To perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualification Requirements
For Thai national only.
Education and Skills:University degree in Management Information System, Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering or any related field.
Experience:Previous experience in working with people from different cultural and social backgrounds is an advantage.
Languages:Excellent knowledge of English (drafting and oral skills). Knowledge of other UN language is desirable.
