Q1: Advance payment: Can you explain me the policy of payment? It is very important to decide if I ll participate to the bid.

As a general rule we don’t provide advance payment conditions, but sometimes we do therefore we need to request approvals according with different parameters, internal rules and nature of the case. Payment terms within 30 days since we receive the invoice.

Q2: Where the invoice will be addressed. Is it in the UNHCR Greece or in the UNHCR Europe?

Q1: The bunk beds can be produced in XX days but it is not able to be packaging. They are tied but not packaged. Is it problem?

We required that the goods provided arrives to our different premises in good conditions and in general, packaged since sometimes we keep in our warehouse premises in order to preserve the goods in good condition and quality.
