Protection referral form:

Please only use this form if you have received training on when and how to complete it.  If you would like to receive such a training,  please contact PAKISBOP@UNHCR.ORG.

The general purpose of this form is to allow your organization to refer individuals/families to UNHCR that have had to leave their country of origin for fear of their life or liberty, cannot return and have current protection concerns in Pakistan. Please do not refer Pakistani nationals through this form as they do not fall under UNHCR’s mandate.  All referrals will be treated confidentially.
