UNHCR 駐日事務所では、総務室インターンを募集しております。
【期間】原則として、6ヶ月以上・週2日以上で期間中の総出勤数が80日間以上可能な方（相談可）
【募集人数】1名
【開始時期】2016年10月上旬
【応募資格】
-原則として大学卒業、又は大学院在学中の方。（大学４年も資格により考慮。）
-難民問題に関心のある方。
-日本語と英語に堪能であること。
-チームプレーヤーであること。
-責任と誠意を持って仕事を遂行してくださる方。
-自分の得意分野で総務に貢献できる方。
-単純作業から英文公式文書の作成まで幅広く対応できること。
-事務業務に必要なパソコン・スキルがあること（エクセルによる表計算ができれば尚可）。
-事務・庶務等の社会経験があれば一層好ましい。

UNHCR Representation in Japan Internship Programme (Administration Unit)
UNHCR Representation in Japan is seeking an intern for its Administration Unit who will assist the work of the Office.
【Duration】 In principle, 6 months or longer/minimum 2 working days per week, totaling 80 working days or more (can be discussed)
【Number of post】 1
【Starting Date】Preferably from early October, 2016
【Qualifications & Criteria】
-In principle, preference will be given to applicants who have completed undergraduate/graduate studies or are enrolled in graduate or higher degree programmes.
-Applicants will be fluent in English and Japanese, both written and spoken.
-Strong applicants will have a good knowledge of MS Office programmes, particularly Excel, and Internet applications, with excellent research skills using the Internet.
-Applicants will have the ability to adapt and work as part of a team in a multicultural environment with a strong sense of responsibility and minimal supervision.
-Additional consideration will be given for past work experiences in administration.
