Nanjing celebrates its third edition of the Youth Olympic Culture Festival
With a little over one year to go until the next Summer Youth Olympic Games, the YOG spirit has taken hold of the host city of Nanjing! Last week, the Chinese city celebrated the third edition of the week-long Youth Olympic Culture Festival and welcomed over 2,000 young people to join in the fun
Featuring a multitude of fun-filled cultural activities, from park orienteering, ultimate frisbee matches and Japanese animation shows to Dutch food tasting, a Paris-themed photography exhibit and live music, the festival encouraged young people to really embrace new sights, tastes and experiences from around the world ahead of next year’s YOG, which will see athletes from over 200 countries arrive in the city.
