Comments	Crown copyright 2010. The Rules were laid before Parliament on 12 January 2010 and come into force on 15 February 2010. These Rules amend the Tribunal Procedure (Upper Tribunal) Rules 2008, Asylum and Immigration Tribunal (Procedure) Rules 2005 and Asylum and Immigration Tribunal (Fast track Procedure) Rules 2005.
