Sri Lankan girl sleeping on a tram in Hungary

One and a half years old Sri Lankan Tamil girl, Iman sleeps in the arms of her mother, Sitara in a Budapest tram in June, 2012. Iman’s family arrived to Hungary in January 2011 just hours before she was born. They fled Sri Lanka after her father Mohammad had been imprisoned and accused of helping the insurgent Tamil Tigers. In Hungary the family was granted refugee status and they live today in downtown Budapest.
