Age, gender and diversity / Adoption

Cameroon: Please advise whether there is a process of formal adoption in Cameroon? If so, please provide some basic information about it including when it was introduced. Please provide information about the Nso culture in relation to family life. It is claimed that in Nso culture it is not acceptable to question the paternity of a child when the mother is alive.
