Comments	The Law was adopted by the Croatian Parliament on 28 September 2001, and was promulgated by the President on 5 October 2001. It came into effect on the eighth day from the day of its publication in the "Official Gazette" (19 November 2001) and shall be applied as of 1 January 2002.
